We use an airmix system in our automatic paint line, allowing less overspray than traditional spray applications. Any overspray is recycled. Anything not recycled is filtered twice before release.
The system we use is free of aromatic hydrocarbons and formaldehyde. It is so safe it can be used on toys and nursery furniture, as they comply with the NZ standard; Specification for the Safety or Toys NZS5820:1982 - Part 3.

The raw materials and melamines we use are sourced from NZ suppliers who support environmental management and show responsibility for management of the world's forests.

All are toilets are WELS approved. The more stars a product has the greater the water efficiency.
The toilets are dual flush with adjustable water valves. This means it is easy to adjust the water outage per flush for both the half and full flush.

The average household uses about 162 litres of water per person per day.
20 - 25% of water in an average household is flushed down the toilet.
The average flush in NZ uses 6.4 litres of water. Each person flushes the toilet on average 5 times per day.
By using a high efficiency toilet (3/6l flush or similar), approximately 2 litres of water can be saved per flush. So 10 litres of water saving per day. Over a year this equates to 3650 litres of water or 405 buckets per person. For areas with metered water, this is a huge saving per year.
Remember: it takes lots of energy to supply and remove water. So water efficiency means less water use, less energy use, less household costs.
